When James first made this cheesecake for our friends, we nearly died at how delicious it was. Since then, whenever a potluck was in the plan, James was asked to bring “the cheesecake." Adapted from a Chrissy Teigen recipe, this is one of my favourite pasta recipes to make. The sauce is bright with a hint of heat, and if emulsified right, can be very creamy. It’s quick and easy - makes for the perfect WFH lunch or quick dinner.
